Reinhard Stelter - Keynote

The German sociologist Hartmut Rosa has written a major work called Resonance - a kind of response to his previous book on social acceleration. In his keynote address, Reinhard Stelter will shed light on the resonance concept and its significance for coaching andtransformative dialogues. A key question for the good life is how we connect to the world.
Here, resonance between dialogue partners can be considered a basic condition. In his presentation, Reinhard Stelter will adapt the concept of resonance to coaching and other transformative dialogues: How do we as coaches/coaching psychologist relate ourselves to the other? How do we use resonance as a way to co-create a new reality as an upliftingoutcome of our collaboration? The basic intention of this lecture is to promote a form of dialogue that is enriching for both parties. Transformative dialogues help to weave a thread of resonance. Reinhard Stelter will present ideas on how best to do it.
