Ulrik Wagner honoured with the EASM Distinguished Service Award 2021

Associate professor Ulrik Wagner was recently honoured with the Distinguished Service Award of the European Association for Sport Management (EASM).

Ulrik Wagner has been awarded for leading the EASM PhD Student Seminar for nine years, a seminar which he initiated back in 2012. 

​In this capacity, he provided guidance and mentorship for more than 100 PhD students over the last years and helped them to successfully finished their PhD. 

Ulrik Wagner is the third recipient of the award following professor Herbert Woratschek in 2017 and Dr Ruth Crabtree in 2019.
