Dr Stelter is visiting Australia and the Coaching Psychology Unit at Sydney University. His USCMA
presentation will:
• Integrate experiential and social-constructionist concepts to argue how narrative
collaborative coaching can support self-created and reflective leadership. Such coaching
provides opportunities for meaning-making and a reflective space for unfolding personal
narratives.
• Provide a concrete introduction to the methodology of this approach.
• Explore the evidence base for this framework, including results from an 18-month research
project involving both quantitative (randomised control study) and qualitative findings.
• Address the implications for coaching practice.
