Technical brief #1: Insects as food and feed in Kenya – past, current and future perspectives now available
The technical brief provides an overview of the use of insects in food and feed in Kenya, and is published as background material for the International Conference on Legislation and Policy on the Use of Insect as Food and Feed in East Africa, to be held in Kisumu, March 2-4.
The conference is organized by GREEiNSECT in collaboration with other research projects on insects in Kenya.
