European GLUT4/Glucose Transport Biology Network Inaugural Meeting

We are delighted to launch the European GLUT4/glucose transport biology network with its inaugural meeting, bringing together researchers working on GLUT4 trafficking, insulin and exercise signaling, and glucose uptake in striated muscle and adipose tissue.

Each invited speaker will present alongside a rising star from their research group, giving the floor to the next generation of the field. Submit an abstract for a short talk, and build connections across this European network

The meeting is hosted by the Department of Nutrition, Exercise and Sports (NEXS) at the University of Copenhagen, in auditorium 1 of the August Krogh Building – a long-standing hub for metabolic and molecular human-centric exercise physiology research in Copenhagen.
