This thesis investigates motor skills and effects of motor practice in children and young adults.
The research consists of a cross sectional study investigating associations between motor skills, executive functions, and physical capacity in pre-adolescent children.
The interventional part of the research investigates the effects of dynamic or isometric motor practice on behavioral and neurophysiological measures in pre-adolescent children and young adults.
