Results from the 10-20-30 training concept

After the intervention period the 10-20-30 group’s performance in a 1500-m and a 5-K run improved by 21 and 48 seconds, respectively.

In 10-20-30, systolic blood pressure and blood cholesterol was lowered by 5 mmHg and 0.5 mM, respectively, suggesting an improved health profile in the subjects after 7-weeks with the 10-20-30 training concept.

The control group continued with their regular endurance training during the 7-weeks and no alterations in performance or health was observed.
